You can reach Trizonia Island by car from Athens via the National Highway of Athens-Patras and the bridge of Rio – Antirio.
From Antirio you will take the highway to Nafpaktos and after 35 kilometers you will reach Hania from where you will take a small boat to Trizonia. The trip takes 5 minutes.
No cars and motors are allowed in the island.

Trizonia is a small, verdant island in the Corinthian Gulf, the only inhabitant in the region. Nearby there are the uninhabited islets of Ai-Giannis, Prassoudi and Planemi.

Geographically it belongs to Central Greece, in the prefecture of Fokida.
It has an area of 2 square kilometers and it is situated 7 nautical miles from Peloponnese and 240 kilometers from Athens.
